Terms of Service
Welcome to Arro Escape! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Arro Escape mobile application ("the App"), developed and maintained by Vedat Akcan. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you signify your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
1. Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a device that you own or control.
2. Restrictions on Use
To maintain a fair and secure environment, you agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party for commercial gain.
- Use any automated tools, cheats, exploits, bots, or hacks that alter the intended gameplay experience.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained within the App.
3. Third-Party Services and Advertisements
The App is provided for free and is supported by in-app advertisements delivered through third-party networks, specifically Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that you may be shown advertisements. Your interactions with these advertisements are governed by the respective third-party's policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of these third-party advertisers. Please refer to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for further information.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in and to the App — including but not limited to the game mechanics, visual design, user interface, graphics, audio, text, and overall "look and feel" — are the exclusive property of Vedat Akcan and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VEDAT AKCAN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Turkey.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
