These Subscription Terms apply to all Premium subscriptions offered within Meji: Brain Training (“Application”), available on the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). These terms form an integral part of the Terms of Use.
1. Premium Subscription Access
Premium subscriptions provide additional features which may include ad-free usage, access to all games, detailed statistics, and offline functionality. Available features may vary by platform or region.
2. No Free Trial Policy
- The Application does not offer any free trial period.
- All Premium subscriptions are paid subscriptions.
- Charges apply immediately upon confirmation of purchase.
- Users are encouraged to review subscription details carefully before purchasing.
3. Billing & Payment
- Payments are charged to the User’s Apple ID or Google Play account at the time of purchase.
- All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple or Google.
- The Developer does not collect, store, or access payment or billing information.
4. Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- The User’s account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Deleting the Application does not cancel an active subscription.
5. Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions
- Subscriptions can only be managed or canceled through the respective app store account:
- iOS: Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions
6. Price Changes
Subscription prices may change in accordance with Apple or Google policies. Any changes will be communicated by the respective platform.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies. The Developer cannot issue or guarantee refunds.
8. Modification or Termination of Subscriptions
The Developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue Premium subscriptions in accordance with applicable platform policies.
