TERMS OF USE (END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT)

This Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the Meji: Brain Training mobile application (“Application”), available on the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android), developed and operated by Vedat Akcan (“Developer”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you (“User”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
1. Relationship to Apple and Google
- This Agreement is between the User and the Developer only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
- Apple and Google are not parties to this Agreement.
- Apple and Google are not responsible for the Application or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing claims related to the Application, including product liability, consumer protection, or intellectual property claims.
2. Scope of License
The Developer grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with this Agreement and applicable store policies.
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Application
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Exploit vulnerabilities or misuse the Application
- Use the Application for unlawful or commercial purposes
3. No Free Trial Policy
- The Application does not offer any free trial period for Premium subscriptions.
- All Premium subscriptions are paid subscriptions.
- Charges apply immediately upon confirmation of purchase.
- Users are encouraged to review subscription details carefully before purchasing.
4. Premium Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
4.1 Subscription Availability
The Application may offer optional auto-renewable Premium subscriptions, which may include ad-free experience, access to all games, detailed statistics, and offline features. Availability and pricing may vary by region and platform.
4.2 Payment Processing
- Apple In-App Purchase (iOS)
- Google Play Billing (Android)
The Developer does not collect, store, or process payment or billing information.
4.3 Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
- Subscriptions must be managed through Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
- Deleting the Application does not cancel an active subscription.
4.4 Pricing Changes and Refunds
- Prices may change according to Apple or Google policies.
- Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google.
- The Developer cannot issue refunds.
5. Data Storage and Loss
- The Application stores data locally on the User’s device.
- The Developer does not store or back up User data.
- Data may be lost due to deletion, reinstallation, updates, or device changes.
6. Advertisements and Third-Party Services
The Application may include advertisements and third-party services. The Developer is not responsible for third-party content or data practices.
7. Privacy Policy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or service interruption.
10. Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated. The Developer may terminate access at any time.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

13. Third-Party Beneficiary (Apple Clause)
Apple Inc. is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and may enforce it against the User.
