Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WayFlow mobile application ("WayFlow", "the App", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using WayFlow, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.

1. About WayFlow

WayFlow is a mobile puzzle game developed and operated as an independent mobile application.

WayFlow is provided primarily for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. Eligibility

You may use WayFlow only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws applicable to you. If you are a minor, you should use WayFlow with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of the App where required by applicable law.

3. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use WayFlow on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to Apple's applicable Usage Rules and the terms applicable to the App Store.

This license is provided for personal and non-commercial use. You do not acquire ownership of WayFlow or any intellectual property contained in the App. Apple's standard licensed application terms may also apply where applicable. Apple App Store applications are licensed rather than sold.

4. Restrictions

Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or republish WayFlow;
  • Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App;
  • Modify or create derivative works based on the App;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code of the App;
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
  • Circumvent security or technical protection mechanisms;
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the App;
  • Use automated systems to manipulate game results or services;
  • Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to any service connected to the App;
  • Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended functionality for an unfair advantage; or
  • Use the App in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights that cannot legally be restricted under applicable law.

5. Gameplay and Progress

WayFlow may provide gameplay features including levels, scores, streaks, daily rewards, in-game diamonds or other virtual gameplay resources, power-ups, achievements, leaderboards, and other game features introduced through updates.

Gameplay progress may be stored locally on your device and, where supported, through Apple Game Center/GameKit saved-game functionality. We do not guarantee that locally stored progress will always remain available. Progress may be lost due to circumstances including deleting the App, device failure, operating-system changes, restoring or replacing a device, storage corruption, game data resets, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Game Center and Leaderboards

WayFlow may use Apple Game Center to provide leaderboards and achievements. Your use of Game Center is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies. Scores or achievements submitted to Game Center may become visible to other Game Center users according to Apple's Game Center functionality and your applicable settings. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, ranking, or continued operation of Apple Game Center services.

7. Advertising

WayFlow may display advertisements provided through third-party advertising services, including Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Advertising availability, content, frequency, personalization, and presentation may change over time. Advertisements are provided by third parties. We do not endorse every product, service, offer, or claim appearing in third-party advertisements. You should evaluate third-party products and services independently before purchasing or using them.

8. Privacy and Consent

Your use of WayFlow is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Where required, WayFlow may request permissions or consent relating to advertising and privacy. These mechanisms may include Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework and Google's User Messaging Platform. You may change applicable privacy or advertising choices where the relevant functionality is provided by WayFlow, Apple, or Google.

9. No WayFlow User Account

WayFlow currently does not require you to create a WayFlow account. We do not provide a proprietary online user profile, social network, messaging system, or user-generated-content platform within the App. Game Center functionality is provided separately by Apple.

10. Intellectual Property

WayFlow, including its software, source code, visual assets, graphics, interface elements, logos, names, text, sounds, animations, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may not use WayFlow's branding, artwork, graphics, screenshots, or other proprietary materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

11. Third-Party Services

WayFlow may depend on third-party services, including Apple and Google services. These services may have their own terms, policies, technical requirements, and availability limitations. We are not responsible for the independent operation of third-party services. Examples include:

  • Apple App Store;
  • Apple Game Center;
  • Apple GameKit;
  • Apple iCloud-related services;
  • Google Mobile Ads;
  • Google User Messaging Platform; and
  • Internet or network service providers.

12. Availability and Updates

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of WayFlow at any time, subject to applicable law. Updates may be released to add or remove features, correct bugs, improve performance or security, modify gameplay, change advertising functionality, maintain compatibility with operating systems, or comply with legal or platform requirements.

13. No Guarantee of Continuous Availability

We aim to provide a reliable experience, but we do not guarantee that WayFlow will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or operating-system version, or free from bugs or technical issues. Certain features depend on internet connectivity or third-party services.

14. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WayFlow is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will meet every user's individual requirements or that every feature will always operate without interruption or error. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of or inability to use WayFlow. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Data and Progress Loss

Because certain gameplay information is stored locally or through third-party Apple services, you acknowledge that technical problems, device changes, service interruptions, or other circumstances may result in loss or corruption of gameplay progress. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss of game progress caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

17. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use WayFlow to violate applicable law, abuse or attack third-party services, manipulate leaderboards, use cheats, exploits, bots, scripts, or unauthorized automation, interfere with other users' access to services, circumvent technical restrictions, attempt unauthorized access to systems or services, or engage in conduct that materially interferes with the operation of WayFlow.

18. Termination

You may stop using WayFlow at any time by deleting the App from your device. We may restrict or discontinue access to WayFlow where reasonably necessary to protect the security of the App, prevent abuse or unauthorized use, comply with applicable law, comply with platform requirements, or discontinue the App or a particular feature.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to WayFlow, applicable laws, platform requirements, or our services. Your continued use of WayFlow after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the mandatory laws applicable to you. Nothing in this section is intended to deprive consumers of mandatory protections or rights granted by the laws of their country or place of residence.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

22. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision later.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly applicable to specific WayFlow features, constitute the agreement governing your use of WayFlow, except where applicable law or Apple's terms provide otherwise.

24. Apple App Store Requirements

If you downloaded WayFlow through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that:

  • These Terms are between you and the developer of WayFlow, and not Apple;
  • Apple is not responsible for WayFlow or its content;
  • Your use of WayFlow is also subject to applicable Apple terms and Usage Rules;
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for WayFlow except where required by applicable law;
  • Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce applicable provisions against you where permitted by Apple's applicable agreements.
